ANALYSES INSIDE
The Freesense technology has been specially designed and developed to be able to withstand some of the toughest liquid processing environments where ordinary sensors are unable to be used.
Freesense currently have two solutions to meet our customer’s needs.
For users in the fermentation industry seeking to get access to new process data from within stirred bioreactors during operation, we offer a data-based mapping service based on our patented FermSense 3D. FermSense 3D is a sensor sphere designed specifically for the rough environment in an agitated bioreactor, the devices are able to collect data on pH, temperature and position throughout the process. Based on the data from FermSense 3D, Freesense provides a highly accurate map of your fermentation over the full process duration, enabling you to validate your process models or use the data to optimize your process directly. FermSense 3D is used as part of a tank mapping service, which includes the deployment, data analysis and presentation of the process data.

For users interested in independently gathering data in any type of liquid process environments, FS Explorer wireless data loggers have been developed. FS Explorer are sold with control software and USB radio antenna for the user to be able to operate the datalogger with ease. The FS Explorer data loggers log and store data on pH, temperature, pressure and shock on an internal flash storage, which can then easily be exported. It is also possible to see data real time, during data gathering.
